Modern technology locks, ideal for main entrances of commercial and residential buildings, that lock automatically after every closing of the door ensuring that the door never stays unlocked. According to each model, the door locks either automatically and mechanically blocking the door lock’s tongue, or automatically and electrically locking around in all the locking points of the door.

The unlocking, automatically comes from each apartment with the current button of the door phone without any changes in the electrical installation, while during the exit from the building the door unlocks with button or knob accordingly to lock’s model.

The unlocking is mechanically achieved by key or by modern access control components (keyboard, card reader, fingerprint, gsm, Bluetooth).

All models of electrical and electromechanical locks sustain at the same time the potential of mechanical locking and unlocking. Ensure their regular function in case of power outage or running out of batteries.

For all locks that are applied in armoured doors, electromechanical and electrical locks, guaranteed security is only provided when there is an additional protection of lock’s body(see SIAMO TOP SYSTEM) and special cylinder protection(see DEFENDER).

MOTTURA X NOVA & X MODE

AUTOMATIC PERIMETER LOCKING

Italian construction by MOTTURA factory, automatically locks after every closing of the door around all the locking points, while in the inner side unlocks with button or with the knob(anti-panic function).

From the apartments, unlocks with the current electrical installation-door phone of the building. Works independently with batteries or with regular electrical installation of 12 volt and rechargeable battery.

Potential of outward locking, beyond the key, with cardreader, keyboard, fingerprint, gsm and Bluetooth(X MODE).

Custom made is applied to all models of armoured security doors, while it can replace the locks in previous models of our company.

ASSA ABLOY

ELECTROMECHANICAL AUTOMATIC LOCKING

Motorized lock, by the Finnish association ASSA ABLOY, with strong automatic mechanical locking, highly resistant up to 3 tones of pressure. Internally unlocks mechanicallywith knob (antipanic function), while from the apartments unlocks with the current electrical installation-door phone of the building. It works with regular power supply of electricity. Possibility of exterior unlocking, beyond the key use ,with card reader, key board, fingerprint or gsm.

MOTTURA ELECTRICAL

AUTOMATIC BLOCKING

Electrical lock constructed in the Italian MOTTURA factory, with built in electric door strike, automatically blocks the door’s tongue during the closing and unblocks-opens from the current electrical installation-door phone. A complete locking and unlocking is only mechanically achieved by the use of a key.

ISEO X1R

ELECTROMECHANICAL OF AUTOMATIC PERIMETER LOCKING

Lock by the Italian company ISEO FIAM, automatically and electrically locks after every closing of the door around all the locking points, while from the apartments unlocks with the current electrical installation- door phone of the building, while internally unlocks with button (model X1R EASY) or with the knob (antipanic function-model X1R SMART). Works independently with batteries or with regular electrical installation of 12 volt and rechargeable battery.
